THE BACKGROUND

During lockdown our clients restaurant was looking quite bleak and he wanted to do something different with the space that reflected the shift in the food market, something with a broader appeal and so he decided burgers would be the market he would want to tap into, to create a rival to a Five Guys offering.

WHAT WE DID

We carried out the research, defined the brand through workshops and we created the name, Brim and the tag line Big Juicy Burgers. From here we wanted to create a space that looked very different and using the black and white we used the strip effect. We directed the instore design and fit outs and established the website, social media and events to launch the brand. They have now over 10 locations in the UK and further 6 abroad. They are growing the brand aggressively having experienced the demand and the market fit.
