The background: The client here was an individual with vast experience in the beauty and wellbeing marketplace. They had a number of spas running in the UK and wanted to take the knowledge and experience she had in how to run a spa and make it profitable and give that to hotel operators in the Middle East who have a spa as part of their complex but normally treat it as an after thought.
What we did: We were on a very aggressive time line with this, as the client had an event to attend and wanted to present this new brand. We established the values and what separated her from the competitors in this market and then created a brand name Revival, which summed really what she did with failing spa’s. Next we created a small brochure that show cased her successes and approach. Finally we created a clever piece of communication to make her stand out which was a set of tarot cards that had been modified with spa based messages and how the future of a spa could be transformed with her help.
