LIH is a subsidiary of TT Group (Telereal Trillium) one of the UK’s largest, privately owned property investment and development firms, with over 85m ft of property in it’s portfolio. We do work for both TT and LIH. LIH was going through an identity crises in terms of moving with the times and we conducted a series of workshops to help define what they stood for and what the new identity would be. This involved staff, management and clients. We didn’t not adapt the logo but created all the copy and written word to communicate the new brand. Brought this to life in a brochure which would capture the look and feel of the new brand.
