Brand Creation

The background: The client here was a highly sought after technical genius in the IT world. He felt it was time to build a business and a brand. After spending time with him and understanding his approach we created a set of values that defined his ethos. This centered around cutting to the very of heart of a technical problem and doing things so exactly that there was no waste and that the software solutions he would create would be clean and easy to build upon in the future.

What we did: We created a brand name for him, Incise. This alluded to the precision of his work, and actually how his brand actually reflected the work of a surgeon. From this, we created a set of cards that would be used for direct mail purposes to generate interest in his business. These were inspired by medical tools and implements, where each tool had a significance to an approach or process that he used.

We also created a brochure which showed off his case studies and reflected the technical and precise manner of his work.
