THE BACKGROUND

This was a very exciting project, a startup that had done very well in the serviced apartments marketplace had grown to a size where it was acquired by a large and established international brand, Q Apartments.

WHAT WE DID

A new visual entity needed to be created which would capture the ethos and energy that Skyline had brought to the market place. As well as an identity the client needed to capture what the new entity would stand for and how it should make people feel.

As the two entities merged we had to capture the thoughts and feelings on what the new identity should be and as a result we conducted many stakeholder interviews to capture these inputs. From here we created a set of brand values which would drive the written content for the website and brochure material. We played with the logo design to marry the young Skyline feel and to modernise the Q brand. All of this was then brought together on the flagship website.
