THE BACKGROUND

The client, consisting of individuals from different property market backgrounds, aimed to flip residential properties into homes of multiple occupancy with co-working space to enter the fast-emerging co-living sector. They had only one property and desired to create a brand, with the added challenge of wanting to sell the concept beyond their first site.

WHAT WE DID

Through looking at the competition in this young market, we did a series of brand values workshops to unpack the vision going forward and the experience that they wanted to sell. We created the brand name MeWe, with the idea of individuality and community. From here we created the identity design and the website.
